Pain during bowel movement

Does anyone have pain in the lower right quadrant durung a BM? I always have pain there, but sometimes it’s worse when having a BM.

It’s very typical for crohns to have pain in this area I think. I’m not sure but it could be the ileocecalvalve and the colon. The valve is located about halfway between the hip bone and belly button

my disease is located in the left descending colon and when I am in a flare, I do have sharp cramps during BMs in this exact same area.
