pain for back

hey, i get alot of pain in my back, lower back. i was told its because of the nerves all screwed up from crohns. what pain killers you guys use? ibuprofen based? endone doesnt work well for me in relation to this pain, panadol sucks and panadeine forte is nothing.

i have no trouble with people contacting me about this disease. we are all in this together.

thanks

Stay away from any NSAIDS, ibuprofin etc....

I have sacroilietis, so pain in my lower back/hip is very common (been dealing with it a lot lately).....
I take tylenol for 'regular' pain and lortab (tylenol with codeine) for when it is worse.....

Hey David,

Tylenol is Panadol. Sounds like you need to be on a pain management regime. Are you taking any of the pain killers regularly?

Dusty. :)

Get the codeine with a muscle relaxer if you can - helps release the spasms from muscle contraction.
Hey have you tried any trigger point massage, or any massage at all really? I found it helped enormously.
all the best.

Panadol and Cafeine (called Panadol extra here in Greece) 1000 - works for my triple hernia. Am not allowed any other painkillers and spasmolytics are forbidden by my gastro due to Crohn's.
