Pain meds and colonoscopy questions

Well I'm in pain and in bed I have ibd but don't know which one cocodamol and morphine got intense itching (cocodamol) got to have m r I and colonoscopy end of month feel sick cant eat feel sick I'm on buscopan and colofac been ill since march exhausted joint pain hair loss hopefully be sorted soon any advice
