Pain without other symptoms?

Hi Everyone. I have Crohn's , had a resection 15 years ago. I don't get diarrhea much any more, although I have rashes, eye problems. Latest CT scans & pill camera show everything is A-OK, but I am in severe pain almost all of the time. I'm constipated and gassy, too. I'm on entorcort (9mg) a day). I just started taking Tindamax on my own (a prescription from my former doctor- I think it's like Flagyl. That hasnt helped, either.) One doctor suggested maybe I have adhesions, the other doctor doesn't really have any ideas. But since the CT and pill camera and colonoscopy came back with nothing, they basically don't feel like there is anything to treat. Anyone else have this happen? What to you tell your doctors? I've tried oxycodone and Ultram, they don't do much. Thanks for any suggestions.

I feel your pain...pretty literally. I've never had luck with narcotic pain killers-they usually make the constipation, bloating, sleep....everything worse! Try a non-narcotic such as toradol.

You may want into have faecal calprotectin run.
