Yesterday, I got rice with cilantro in it. I don't usually get it with cilantro. I think I am paying the price today. Never again.

After a long time avoiding it,I couldn't resist a" buy one get one free" deal on popcorn.Gingerbread flavour.Yummy !!! Needless to say NEVER AGAIN !!! and the free bag went straight in the bin.......... it was very more-ish though.

I've paid the price recently regarding my Celiac disease. I got some fries at the cafe at work and, though I know they are cooked in the same oil as the breaded stuff, I didn't feel bad after (maybe it was a fresh batch of oil?). I decided to splurge again later that week, but that was the dumbest idea. I had nasty GI upset and facial breakouts. After the incident 2 days ago, I will never order food from the cafe again (rude cashier). I bring my lunch to work with me. Today, I brought some chicken thighs I cooked last night with some basmati rice. I also added Brussels sprouts, but they didn't taste right so I'm not going to eat them (had them last night for dinner).

I bought chocolate truffles. A few won't hurt right. And I just love chocolate. Real chocolate. I had an accident I don't want to repeat. Never again!! :angry-banghead:

Cilantro?!? YUCK!!!! :runaway:

Sorry, I am one of the ones who absolutely HATES cilantro. Vile weed. It tastes like bitter lemon soap. Reminds me of that episode of Seinfeld where Newman eats broccoli.

I am paying the price for going camping with family and having others determine the meal choices. I think it was the breakfast burritos that did me in. I started flaring again while at camp. G.I. doc just put me on Flagyl.

I think it was the cilantro that did me in. Has anyone else had cilantro affect them this way? I also wondered about the Fiber Con.

More likely the cilantro...I would reserve judgement on the fibre....hard to know
Feel better soon
