So I got my Humira shipment delivered this week and it came completely warm. It was hand delivered by someone from the "specialty" pharmacy I have to deal with. I called them several times and spoke to managers and they wont replace it and just insist the product is always kept cold. So now Im suffering with having to go a full month without Humira that is actually good.
Tried calling my insurance company. Tried calling Humira. No help. Im stuck. Any ideas?
