Please help does anyone recognize

It's been going on for six years

*Almost every day diarrhea
*Slime in my diarrhea or only slime
*Melena black diarrhea
*Extreme pain in my bowel Sometimes it's so bad that i'm going to vomit
*Lost a lot of weight. Bodyfat percentage 16%
*Vitamin D and B insufficiency
*Ulcers
*Tired pain in.joints
Sometimes i have a good period no diarrhea but then my poop looks flat or like a needle

Who recognize this please help

The symptoms could fit a range of things going on in the GI tract. Have you seen a GI? Had bloodwork, fecal calprotectin stool test, imaging like MRE or scopes done?

Alot of the symptoms fit common CD symptoms and definitely warrant further investigation.

Yes but i'm going for a second opinion cause they can't tell me what is wrong
They examined my feces and blood. More then once They could see that i had an infection... but other times they could see nothing.

They have found extra arteries? In my uhmm the long one .. I can't come up with the right word. I'm Dutch trying to make myself understandable

So you are set up for a second opinion? Regular stool tests cover parasites, check for blood and infections. A fecal calprotectin stool test checks for inflammation in the bowels. So you may want to request that specifically.

Just keep pushing for answers. It may be a good idea to keep a journal about symptoms, food, bowel movements so you can present to the next doc.

Yes that's was to high calprotectin
They gave me powders and drinks for gaining weight. Its discusting

I'm so tired of always thinking when i'm away "better not eat or drink that, or better not eat at all. Is there a toilet? Omg now i'm in a bar shitting myself almost empty.. pale as a dead body sweaty" With a bit of luck i didn't vomit at the same time...where do you leave it?
I hope the have the answers for me Going to a university hospital now they are more specialized

If your calprotectin was high then it is good you are going to have further investigations.

Some will switch to a low residue diet or a liquid diet during flares to help calm things down. In the US we have over the counter shakes like boost and ensure that are liquid formulas which contain needed calories. There are better and more broken down formulas we can get by prescription but maybe you could find something similar to try while waiting on next doc appt.

Hopefully you can find an appropriate meal replacement shake that can help. I know sustegen is the equivalent of Boost or ensure in some countries.

Nestle produces alot of these type shakes so checking out their website may be helpful.

Mine are from nestle but i can't find a drink or something like that i like.
