Please help!

I'm having a minor freakout....I've been taking my colonoscopy prep (Klean Prep) today and everything was okay i've taken 3 sachets and by 2.5 everything was clear but I continued to take the rest of the third.

Now i've been going to the toilet again and it's cloudy! Has this happened to anyone else??? Am I going to have to take the remaining sachet?

I've been very careful with what i've drank today apple juice, some clear lucozade, water and black tea/coffee. I had a few hardboiled sweets to take the hunger pangs away as well i'm just hoping I haven't screwed it up D:

I know when Megs had it before her colonoscopy she had only water. I am sure you will be fine. Let us know how you get on H x

I'm very much a worrier, my fiance doesn't think I should take the last sachet as it was making me feel worse but I called NHS direct (as the endoscopy unit was closed) and they were....not very useful i'm afraid...just said I should follow the instructions.

Maybe it's just bile or something. Mine never got completely clear on MoviePrep last week. It was a yellowish cloudy water, but everything worked out just fine. Think you'll be fine.

I've had emergancie colonoscopy without any prep an they were able to do so no probs
if it's mainly water u should be fine

normally when I hav to hav one right before try take u in they make u hav a fleet enima to be sure it's clear

I think ul be fine I normally only ever hav one sachet an that's plenty for me

I've never managed to finish a prep yet and I've been fine. I usually only get half through and the vomiting starts, so I stop taking it. I have to prep on Thursday for my colonoscopy on Friday...should be fun...NOT...lol

@ Silver - Dont worry about it , its not a big deal and as long as the solids are mostly out they can (and will) clean the rest during the procedure.
You will be fine - I promise...
let us know after the procedure.
Are they using full sadation in the UK?

I think they are using full sedation. I should be fine the next time I do this but it's always the first that's the worst!

Hello,
When I last had Klean Prep, I had 6 sachets (urgh, I HATE the taste), for a double balloon endoscopy.... and I was still a little bit cloudy at the very end of that!

I was worrying for nothing it seems - no surprise there, what am I like XD

biopsy results in 2 weeks then med adjustments as they think it's a flare.
