Popping self

For three times now I have had Accidents of pooping myself and it is Diarrhea.
What does this mean

I dont know what it means but before I was diagnosed and treated I had several accidents even at night not making it to the bathroom. The worst was when I was at work and had a stomach bug it literally ran down my leg it was so embarrassing I had zero control. Hope you get it figured out.
