Every time I eat no matter how small or bland it is I get Diarrhea that comes with blood when I wipe
Even the simple saltine crackers cause it I am not eating anything red

And another time I had Diarrhea there something black in the toilet

i'm not an expert and i don't want to scare you as i may be wrong but the black could be a sign of bleeding in the bowels, don't worry too much because like i said i could be wrong and i'd hate for you to worry about something that may not even be happening, but as for the blood when you wipe you should go and see your doctor because that definitely sounds like a flare, i hope you feel better soon x
