Dear all,
For longer then 2.5 years I have been suffering peri-anal Crohns disease. Remicade, Imuran, antibiotics And many medications have been tryed in huge dosages for many years. Also I have had more then 50 surgerys, a (hopefully) temp. colostoma and a seton drain.
Now they are going to do a big operation: they will remove my rectum and attach the colon to the anus, them they will take a muscle from my leg (Gracillus) and close the huge abces and fistula tract with.
I am going to the hospital in Leuven (Belgium) on 2 oktober I will be operated.
So anyone has a pouch? Or anyone who has had a gracillus flap surgery?
