Prednisone Sweating

Can anyone explain in layman's terms why prednisone causes sweating? I've tapered to 20mgs and I'm still sweating. Is this a withdrawal symptom?

I don't have an explanation but the dreaded pred makes me sweat too. It's not a withdrawal symptom, it's a side effect. I had to be real careful if I was out in sunny warm weather.
