Pregnancy Pains or Crohns Flare

I had a question for all women who have had a flare while they were pregnant. How did you know it was a flare and not just growing pains? I'm 21 weeks and don't know if my pains are associated with a growing spurt or if it could possibly be a flare. Wondering if I should give it a few days and then if the pain doesn't go away or if it worsens then I should call both my GI and OB.
