Prozac experiences

I'm curious to hear from anyone who is or has used prozac. Its not a crohns drug but can help people with crohns. Do you feel it helped you in terms of fatigue or pain? Do you feel it made GI symptoms like diarrhea worse?

I have been on it for years and have never been quite sure if this is aggravating things GI wise.
