Anyone going to that or wants to provide us with a trasncript. I am interested in AIEC, I do not want to say anything about QuBiologics because I don't understand how it works exactly, maybe one day. I do know Brian Coombes is a really nice guy since I asked him some questions about his study once which he was kind enough to answer.

Thanks.

Awesome! Iv been speaking to dr hall gunn (who started the SSI's) the vaccine works by correcting the bodies deficiency in clearing out intracellular bacteria, it also ties in with the MAP theory, which btw has had Koch's postulates fulfilled as a causative of the large majority of crohns disease. One patient has already been in sustained histological remission for 4 years now off all meds, and 3 more are following in those footsteps. (I don't know the full details but in the compassionate use program which included 10 patients, 7/10 went into remission). I believe this will be a cure in a subset of individuals and am very hopeful that the results of the current trial will show just that.

Very cool! I actually called them and talked to a woman to ask about the trial for us in Europe. Bad news is that they were too confident and Is not doing the trial in europe right now.

Well, I can´t blame them, but for me it means that I can´t get to try the vaccine because they thought they would have everything ready by now ;)

All I heard was that it would be ready next month, and then the month after etc.

I hear ya, any more word from
Professor John Herman Taylor and the map vaccine? I'm seeing Prof. Borody next month, I'm going to ask him if he's heard of the SSI vaccine, I was watching a video of him from 2008 I think and he was saying how we need something that boosts tries to fix the defect. Low and behold we now have something of the like with the SSI... Ahh man I'd do anything for a cure, im in hospital now feels like im lying here with razor blades in my gut :(

Sorry to hear that Joshuaa :( get well soon

Thx guys, I'm feeling a little better today, waiting on biopsies just really hoping it was a flare rather than an infection. Havnt had a fever afiak but swollen lymph node on the groin and yesterday felt like I'd been raped by a pineapple haha (least I can laugh about it now), what's funny is the pictures of the scope looked to me like razor blades had been passing through and they offered me some paracetamol for the pain I was in. I think i warrant something a little stronger. Second day on IV steroids, hoping for the best. Keep fighting, when I'm well enough I'm going to treat what I believe is an infection, WHEN it works hopefully my GI will see the light
