There are 68 patients in trial, at 8 and 16 week marks, there were no bad side-effects, and there was enough positive trends toward whatever endpoint their trial design is looking for to justify continuing the trials and gathering data. No hard data is given at this time, those will be released in the fall in final trial results.

As an aside, as a company, they seem to have a nice enough portfolio (likely more than just this CD therapy) that they were oversubscribed in a recent funding round, meaning there were more people interested in investing in them than there were shares offered. That's likely another positive to keep them moving in right direction.

Also it was a compassionate use programme which means all 68 received SSI. The ones that were given the placebo during the trial were given the SSI at the end...
