The last 4 days noticed 2 small red lines in area where original fissure was, hope its not 2 retears, seeing a dr. tomorrow. Last 3 days i think i have a yeast infection, could i use the canastan cream. Also going to have monthly any day now. What i;m worried is that if the cream leaks to anal area will it irritate the fissure and my monthly always leak there.
