Whats the best time of day to take pred ?

6am cosmic dave, only cos the effects cause insomnia in some people, and I found the earlier I took it, the better I was getting off to sleep xx

The GI put my son on Prednesone and they dosed him at the hospital at 5pm, just prior to having dinner. That's what I do at home too, he is lucky that insomnia isn't a side effect but we have noticed some unusual teeny tiny bumps developing on his back...???

I have just taken my first dose of pred its just gone 6am here in the uk. Pred does control my crohns but it makes me as mad as a march hare !

I never found a difference - no matter what time of day I took I couldn't sleep!
