Questions for new GI?

Yesterday I can across some questions that I think DustyKat or Angrybird posted about questions for GI and or surgeon. Since I Am going to a new one in 2 days I wanted to write them out ... Low and behold for life of me I can't find them So if you posted them please tell me where or send them to me please? Thanks
