M in a pretty bad flare doc just called I have 20 white cells in stool and am going to bathroom 16-20 times a day she wants to scope me on thurs just jow bad is that many wbc in stool?

If you are going to the bathroom that much it is not good at all. The medications you are on are not working or you might have become immune to them. You must ask your GI/Doc what to do in the meanwhile until you wait for thursday.

She called in a med to bind my bowels up but I cant afford it my insurance is crap

16-20 times is a bad sign. Let us know how the scope goes hopefully it's being taken care of

Ok now im freaking out I went from going 16 times a day to nothing in the last 12 hours

I did vomit twice this morning and a little crampy

Are you eating? If you continue to have symptoms without passing stool I'm afraid you may be obstructed. Please keep an eye and contact your dr or goto the ER if it doesn't resolve soon.

I think I screwed up I ate a burger yesterday and haven't gone since I am eating and drinking have vomited twice today but so far holding down soup I ate an hour ago

You must head to the ER, you shouldnt be eating a burger in your state. Eat bland/soft foods

Well pooping is back but not nearly as much as before vomited once today a little crampy but managed to get out and go to beach for a while
