does anyone follow any reararch about Crohn treatment? Looking reliable sources of if there is any potentional drug that wuld eventually heal crohn?

There are no known cures for crohns at this time .
Mucosal healing can occur with anti tnf such as humira or remicade
There are many papers on this for pediatric crohns
