I do a great deal of traveling for my job and have the opportunity to go to Africa this year but I'm worried because I'm getting back on Remicade and have no idea what type of harm that puts me in or if its even possible for me to go?

How long are you going to Africa for? It's possible to schedule your infusions around travel, BUT, you could be putting yourself at risk for getting an infection of some sort. Even healthy people get sick travelling to third world countries. If you are going to go, make sure you have all of your vaccinations up to date and be really careful about what you eat and drink.

Would depend where in Africa I think, central Africa is a lot more dangerous than North or South Africa, malaria and fevers mostly. Also, you wouldn't want to get TB while on infliximab.
