Remicade appointment possible yeast infection?

I'm not quite sure what to do about this one but any advice would be greatly appreciated! tomorrow I am scheduled for my second remicade appointment. last night I had started having symptoms of a possible yeast infection. my nurse at my last appointment had told me that if I am sick or have had a fever to reschedule my appointment because it lowers your ability to fight infection. I'm not sure if the infection is just a side effect of the remicade. should i reschedule or should I just not even mention it because it's nothing to be worried about? I do not have a fever and I am not sick. Thank you!!

I've never had to reschedule due to a yeast infection its just viral infections such as flu pneumonia etc. Yeast infections just come with the remicade. I've been on it for 4 years and just stopped getting them every time I turn around. Good Luck!
