I have a problem with fatty greesy food like pizza. My question is when im in remmission will my belly be able to tolerate a little bit of pizza and foods that upset me because the inflamation would of gone down or do i still have to eat bland foods lile chicken, potatoes, rice and turkey?

I tend to avoid the same foods whether I am in remission or not. That is just me personally. I don't stick with bland foods all the time though.

When I was in remission after a bowel resection it was like I didn't have crohns. No matter what I ate or how much stress I put on myself I never got any abdominal discomfort whatsoever. Now I am flaring and trying to achieve medical remission. I am not sure if that will be different - whether food/stress will cause symptoms. I feel inclined to believe if there is zero inflammation there shouldn't be anything I do which could cause pain.

Remember that discomfort after fatty food does not mean that your disease has gone active. If you are in remission you should be good with most foods. If you have lost bowel previously, you may experience discomfort with some foods.

In any stomach /Gi tract
Stomach high father high fiber foods sit longer
But Gi tract move through faster for both

So if your flaring normal food is already moving through too fast
Once In remission keeping a food diary to determine what if anything bothers your gi tract
Ds ate whatever he wanted for years after dx
Only recently had issues

I'm currently in remission, and I wouldn't say that I can eat all I want, but it's still not as restricted as it was while flaring.

For example spicy or deep fried food give me lots of trouble, of course nothing compared to what would happen if I ate those while flaring, but it's not as what I would call normal.
