I have been on rituxan since November 2013 for Myasthenia Gravis. It is working well for MG. My Crohn's first flare was in March 2014 about a month after my second rituxan infusion. My GI doc told me rituxan didn't work for Crohn's. I have wondered why not. It appears to not work for my Crohn's. I will be interested to see what everyone else says.
