Scoped for reversal

I had a scope done yesterday to see if my rectum is healed enough for a ileostomy take down surgery. It has been 3 months since my colectomy surgery. My doc said that my rectum is ALOT better than before, but still has mild inflamation. He thinks that in 3 more months it will be healed and ready for surgery. I'm fine with the outcome. I wasn't expecting to be healed up after just 3 months. I'm still taking my 6mp and feeling great. I'm not sure if I was ready to go through another surgery so soon after the last one anyways.
