Sex and my Crohn's

does anyone have this problem having sex then having bad diarrhea after having sex?

I have before. Usually I've already had diarrhea and the jostling around would make it more intense. Please excuse but if it were anal sex then I've noticed the penis acts as a plunger where once you had normal stool and then suddenly its all liquid (I noticed that after only trying it twice though, not my cup of tea for that reason and being painful of course). I think the stress from having sex itself may have something to do with it also because even exciting/fun things put stress on the body. If its extreme though I'd talk to both my GI and OBGYN about it.
