Side effects of Pentasa?

Hi all,

I have noticed that I have several swollen glands. I have read that Pentasa may cause such swollen glands. Can anyone confirm this? Could it be that Crohn's its self causes the glands to swell? I'm hoping it's not something else I should be worrying about

I'm afraid that I don't know. I've been on pentasa for a few months now and haven't noticed anything like that. Hopefully someone else will have better suggestions. Take care.

P.S. I wonder if maybe your glands might be a little more swollen if you're fighting a flare?
