I am 17 years old and I suffer from Crohn's. I have smoked for around 11 months and I just recently quit, a week ago to be exact. I am really worried about the effects this lifestyle could have made on my body, please help me with your knowledge in the comments, they will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Jamie
Giving up is a really good move and your body should be feeling the benefits even after one week. No point worrying about the time you spent smoking.
Onwards a nd upwards.

Keep up the good work Jamie. Smoking makes Crohn's worse.

Don't give up.
