On SSi and Medicade... I know I can get financial aide, but what are some grants and Scholarships available for Crohn's patients?
So how about College?

If you do take out loans be sure to apply for the Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) Discharge. Once its accepted, if you still qualify after 3 years then your loans will not have to be paid back. I'm also on SSI and applied and was accepted, just waiting for 3 years to pass. Check out the thread I made a while back about it: http://www.crohnsforum.com/showthread.php?t=33604 The link isn't working anymore in that thread but all loan providers have their own paperwork for the discharge so be sure to ask for it if you can't find it on their website.
