I am trying to figure out my flare ups and having difficulty doing so. I was just recently diagnosed and it seems the steroid and vitamin supplements along with my anxiety meds are making it all worse. I am going to stop the zinc and iron as those two I have a hard time swallowing.

Today is a really bad day. I am wondering if any one else has the same type of experience? My flare ups come and go throughout the day at times I will be fine and then I get excruciating stomach pains. I was fine up until I took all my meds. Then within 15 minutes I had to use the bathroom and had lots of stomach pains. I have not been able to eat anything this morning even though I am hungry.

I don't know what to do. All I want to do is cry out. I have a headache from the pain as well. I just took to Tylenol and hoping that will help as I lay in bed. I feel overwhelmingly nauseous. :sign0085:

This is all new to me and I don't know if this is all related to Crohn's or something else. I haven't started the Humira yet as the insurance is fighting with my doctor for the right paperwork.

Check out Humira Complete. I was under that program and only had to pày five dollars each time . I am sorry you are in so much pain. I hope you feel better soon.

Iron supplements can cause nausea and diarrhea. You could check if you can get it as an injection instead. Zinc helps with "leaky gut". If you've had blood tests, and are deficient, talk to your doctor. You won't be on them forever. I've stopped most of my supplements now that I'm not deficient anymore.

Thanks. I am going to get it for the same price but they still need to go through my insurance. I am feeling a little better not as much pain but still very nauseous.
