We had full sun yesterday and we were out almost all day. We golf in the summer but I always where a hat...need to protect the brains lol...oh and avoid wrinkles ;).

I sit in the back yard in the summer. I fill my daughters kiddie pool up, and put my feet in. I relax in my lawn chair while she plays. Best summer day ever.

I take 4000 IU vit D daily from October till May. My daughter takes 1000 IU. Canada has a higher rate of crohns and I believe its vitamin D related.

I LOVE the sun!!! Or do i just HATE winter?! - I seriously think i have S.A.D - im a different person in the sun. I make sure im out in it as much as possible :D

The sun has been about as nonexistent as my colon lately. But on nice days when I go to get H from the bus stop, I love to sit on the church steps and soak up the sun for a few minutes!

Love the sun and sunshine vitamin, D3. If there is time, might have to take the advice and lay by the pool today. Ever since i began supplementing d3, taking 6000ius to keep a testing level between 60 to 70ng/ml year round, my gut has improved greatly.

I have noticed a huge increase in my gut health since I started taking vitamin D. Currently taking 6400IU a day.
