Sore throat + Remicade= OK?

Hey guys-

Hope you all are doing ok after Turkey day. I made the mistake of eating some peanuts and I SERIOUSLY paid for it. LOL

Anyways...

Tomorrow I am scheduled for my Remicade and I'm getting a whopper of a sore throat today. Well it started last night but you know how that is.

Do you think it's safe to go ahead with Remicade or should I mention it to my Dr?

I would at least mention it... I went in and got one last time with a cold, but I didn't show any signs of infection, and my cold was clearing up (no green or yellow snot).
