I have been diagnosed with Crohns for over fifteen years, have been through many things (passing blood, blockages, etc.) and have been on many different medications.
It seems that my body goes through different stages and medications change about every two years.

Dose anyone know what the levels or stages of crohns are? Or is that not a good question?

There are no stages. It's not progressive. At any given time it's just as likely to stay the same or get better as it is to get worse. The severity of Crohn's Disease fluctuates without a clear cause.

Hi Pen
Do you have GI appt coming... if so, maybe one of the biologics could help your flares to settle, like Remicade, Humira or Cimzia. What country are you from? Good luck, and glad to see you are joining the forum!

I am on Humira and Lialda This combo seems to be great. Everything is under control. I was just thinking, what's next? I am from the US. I am glad a friend told me about this site.

The conclusion I draw from your question is, that because crohn's can affect any part of the GI tract, when it's affecting certain areas then you may notice slightly different symptoms, like when it's affecting the colon usually blood will be a symptom, when it's affecting your rectom then usually you get the feeling of incomplete evacuation...some CDers are stricturing CDers where they tend to have many issuses with strictures/blockages, but that doesn't mean that those that aren't prone to stricturing might not have an experiance or 2 with them, same with fistulas, there are fistulizing CDers that often have issues with fistulas where as many will never get a fistula.
