Not a big fan of beef either, I get my meat from poultry, a bit easier to digest I assume. Maybe it's because I'm bad at cooking, but I find beef kind of tough to digest.
 
I can eat Buffalo (either Bison or water buffalo) and not have issues. But if I eat regular beef, I'll pay for it.
 
I live on red meat. When I'm in a flare it's one of the few things that doesn't seem to make me worse.
 
No issues with it or red meat in general although I haven't had it since my resection 7 weeks ago. I have had roast beef and ground beef since surgery with no issues though.
