So last Saturday I was rushed into hospital as the entire day I couldn't keep anything down at all and was doubled over on pain! I was taken to surgery Sunday night and they removed a large part of my small intestine as I had an abscess and they also removed a small part of my colon as it was perforated. It took about 4 days for my bowels to open and even now it's still urgent and very loose. They are letting me out of hospital today (I hope) but I was wondering how long I should expect this type of bowel movement for?
