A good day for me, too - feeling good, had a shork day, just had a nap, and off to strength training class tonight.

Pretty good too, did indoor exercises and walked around our trails with my two dogs and cat....yes a cat and none on leashes lol. But, I have had a sore throat all day and havent been in public since last Friday... sheesh.

The person who lives downstairs and has been sending abusive, threatening emails to me for the past three weeks moved out today! I am totally over the moon and relieved. What a stress-reliever!

Pen, I hope you get rid of your sore throat really soon!

Yeah I am hoping I dont get a cold, because I have my b12 and flu shot on Thursday and cancelled it once because of a nasty flare and I need my b12..gotta save the brains I got.

I know I owe ya an email. So tomorrow I shall...going to bed now..Sleep well!
