Ok, on pecanbread's chart of stages, carrots is listed under Stage 4....but...the intro allows carrots. So we can't eat carrots past the intro until we get to stage 4?!

And the Four Horsemen of SCD article....is that based off the intro? Or if you don't feel different as you progress through the stages?

I found the SCD Lifestyle book to be far more organized than "Breaking the Vicious Cycle." I understood the theory behind BTVC, but I was still quite confused about what to do. The SCD Lifestyle had it all nice and organized.
