the reg doctor office called today and said the stool samples was fine but they are still thinking its crohn's diease my reg doctor had to run the stool samples over because the er i went to that he sent me did not do run the samples he asked them to do so last week i had to do them over and like i said above they called today and said the sample came back fine but that still dont mean its not crohn's because he said it still could be crohn's



i am upset and hurting so much and the diarrhea and stomach pain are only getting worse as the days go by and i am scared to eat or drink anything because i keep throwing up and also having the diarrhea like 10 to 15 times a day and thats not counting how many times i am throwing up a day like 5 to 6 times a day and dry heaving like crazy i went to the er the other night because the stomach pain and throwing up and i had been throwing up so much i could not stop dry heaving and my paulse how ever you spell it was above 100 it was like 122 i was only there for ivs and they treated me very bad they throught i was there only for pain meds which not true i was wanting awerners and they was very rude to me i was crying because the stomach pain they said all was wrong was a really bad UTI and sent me home with azithromcin how ever you spell it



but before i lift i let them have it when they told me its only a UTI they said they could not find anything else wrong and i went to crying and told them NO there is something really wrong here because i know WHAT MY BODY IS FEELING they told me to never come back and i am not never ever going back there ever they had no right to treat me the way they did i can understand why they treated me like that they told me that i have been there in one month 4 times for the same thing and yes thats right but come on there is something really wrong i would not be going there so many times if there was nothing wrong i also told the nurse from my reg doctor office how i was treated and she told me she was so sorry that she dont know what there problem is but she and my doctor agree that there is something really wrong and my doctor keeps saying he thinks its crohn's i hope to God its not thats the last thing i need



the er i went to was telling me to get off the pain meds because they dont agree on people taking them i dont know how many times i have to tell them i need them for my chronic pain they told me to just get off them and deal with the chronic pain by the time i lift i was so mad i was crying and i told them no there is no way i can just deal with chronic pain i am getting so fedded up with er 's doctors treating chronic pain suffers like this its not right grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sorry venting some here i do understand why we all get treated this way because the drug seeker's and addicts ruined it for us i have heard sometimes it can take years to get DX of crohn's diease to people that have it my reg doc really thinks i have it i hope he is wrong but i go to the GI doctor he sent me to july 7th i should know more then what the GI doc wants to do

Stool samples mean nothing unless there is blood or infection. And thats assuming that your doc ordered the right test. Nothing against your doc but there is a difference between a GI and a General Practitioner, Ive had to explain the tests my GI has ordered to other docs a times lol.

You need an X-Ray with contrast, a CAT scan and probably a scope. The X-Ray and CAT scan will let them see that there is some type of gastroenteris / colits. And the scope will confirm that and allow for a biopsy which would prove your ailment beyond a shadow of a doubt. The big problem your running into is that these are expensiive and they dont like to order them because of that.

I feel for you because Ive been there. I hate to tell you but youll probably have to get worse before they would order those. Your only other real option is to go to your doc and request some of those imaging tests. Insurance probably would not pay because no they dont care about you. So you pay for them yourself.

i have had x rays and cts the last x ray i had it did show something not sure but the er doc said it showed something and it worryed her but then did a CT and it showed on that to i do know i have a very unlarged colon and was told its 3 times the size it should be but they dont know what wrong i am almost 100% sure that could be crohn's making it that big but not sure i hope the GI doc i go to on the 7th does something to find out whats going on and i hope its not crohn's after i had both the x ray and CT i was put in the hospital for 3 days because the doctor throught it was a blockage but when i had the scope when i was in the hospital the GI doc told me my colon is very very unlarged but get this he said its only IBS i say thats bull because i know there is something really wrong he said because my colon is so unlarged thats causeing alot of my stomach pain
