Given that Izzi's CRP has been reflective of her illness then a normal CRP would suggest that her inflammation has been brought under control and therefore her blood is no longer showing the protein that is a predictor that active inflammation is taking place.
As you know my two are in remission and given the variation in normal reference range in Australia, here normal is <6.0, Matt's blood result this month was <2.0. I have not seen a blood result from Sarah in quite some time but the last copy I have showed CRP to be <1.0. Since being in remission their CRP has always been normal.
Can't remember what Andrew's CRP was - unfortunately his CRP and ESR have always been ok even when he was bad, so we could never use it to evaluate. Glad Izzi's is coming down :thumleft:
