I have always had thrush on my tongue but think this is my first time with white patchy sores of some sort on the sides of my cheeks and by my uvula.

Are these canker sores? Are they dangerous? What can I do about it?

Have you ever treat it with Nystatin? That is usually what they give me when I take flagyl (I always get thrush from flagyl...). It's pretty much a yellow sweet syrup that you keep in your mouth and then swallow.

Never tried these one but they should work fine! I think it would worth finding why your system is not able to overcome thrush though. Let say that with IBD, there is often a reason that backs up the why we have thrush so not much to worry about. Anyway, if it keeps bothering you, there are type of food to increase and other to avoid when it comes to candida. It might be interesting to look at it if ever you wish! =)

It doesn't bother me but my doctor said it can spread. It's happening because of IBD and my use of steroids.

I now developed a pimple like thing in the back of my throat that hurts. It happened tonight. I am on these lozenges all day why the heck is this happening unless it's another mouth problem?

I get a recurring pimple/blister thing on the back/roof of my mouth. I find it comes when triggered from smoking or something that annoys it. Luckily I can reach it with my fingernail and usually scrape it off. Gross and painful but a one time sharp pain vs. days of annoying pain.
