Tight Intestines

Just curious if anybody has had this same feeling I am having with my insides. The only way I know how to describe it is my intestines feel very tight like two fists balled up on both left and right sides as well as around my whole frontal area right under my rib cage. My kidneys hurt as well and I am taking boswellia for inflammation. I am pretty sure I have kidney stones, but I have not been to the doctor about it yet. I had stones about 30 years ago and ended up in the hospital trying to pass them, but I did not have crohns then. I have the needles and pins in my kidney area. I have also been drinking water with ACV, lemon juice and honey to try and pass the stones. Can anybody give me some advice here? I am worried and very confused. No insurance either. Thanks

Sounds as if you are having intestinal spasms which may occur with inflammation
It can also happen with irritable bowel syndrome
If you have a history of kidney stone formation this too may be responsible for your pain
You could use some medical help to determine the cause
Surely there is a hospital that would help you as a charity
You cannot continue to suffer without some kind of medical help
