Tylenol seems relatively ineffective yet NSAIDs are dangerous for crohns. Is there an alternative OTC med for headaches and pains?

I usually end up taking tylenol+codeine available OTC here. It's really not a huge amount of codeine but it helps a bit... nothing miraculous though.

Do you know what's causing your headaches like allergies maybe? An allergy pill like Benadryl helps. As far as abdominal pain goes, perhaps you're in need of a med check to see if what you're taking is really working.

Caffeine can often help headaches but can totally destroy the gut. I know cherry juice is good for gout and arthritis pain. Maybe someone else will have more ideas.
