Hello so heres my story and i would really appreciate some help 
april 2013 i had my appendix removed although my appendix turned out fine
i had severe lower right abdominal pain.
They said the fat surrounding the area was inflammed.
They refered me to gastro and the following happened
loads of blood tests mostly normal a few with high inflammatory
a clear colonoscopy apart from the biopsies which showed inflamation typically seen in UC.
they originally diagnosed me with microscoptic colitis. Gave me 9mg of entocourt steriod which i have been very well on.
Meantime did a small bowel mri which was clear.
Now they have taken me off steroids to 'see what happens' because they don't think its IBD or if it is very mild which might not require long term treatment.
Despite bleeding, pain, appetite loss and weight loss.
Im so frustrated. Its been a week since coming off them and im starting to feel ill again. What do i do they are making me feel im making all this up
