Uhm Cancer diagnosis?

I just got the bad news that my reseceted tissue tested positive for cancerous cells...

I had a few inches of my small bowel removed last week.
Can anyone give me some good stories about this?

I'm a little panicked.

I'm sorry, I don't have any advice but hope it's early and you can attack it successfully.

The general consensus is that will be the case. It's just something you ever want to hear.

I can't imagine how awful and scary it is to hear that but thank God for that biopsy to detect it.
