UK Crohn's Connection?

Has anyone noticed there seem to be a lot of cases of Crohn's in the UK?

I don't have scientific evidence at the moment, but just seems like whenever I search for Crohn's related stuff a lot of people are in the UK. Or am I imagining things?

Certainly over the last 30 years it has been on an up trend across the world. North America and Western Europe have seen increases per population.
As for the UK alone...check here..http://www.nacc.org.uk/content/ibd.asp
It does not seem to be decreasing year on year...
