Update

My daughters been on flagyl for 13 days and is not much better.

The bleeding has stopped but she still has diarrhea and occasionally pain.

This morning she woke up with nausea....this has never happened to her before.

We had a wonderful Christmas and now shes complaining of chest pain and throat tightness.....she ate about an hour ago...so i'm hoping its only heartburn.

I know that for us flagyl cause nausea, although it is odd that a side effect would take so long. I hope that she is feeling better soon and that today is a good day for her.

I gave her a cup of water mixed with baking soda....i read that it neutralizes the acid...after an hour she started feeling a bit better...so hopefully it was only heartburn.

Shes feeling a lot better today...i did start to panic last night because shes had chest pain before and her ECG kept coming back abnormal and no one could give us a solid answer to why it was happening.
