Update

So, I ended up going to the hospital. They did bloodwork and ultrasound. They diagnosed me with having a infection. They gave me antibiotics, I am taking copra and flagyl for two weeks. I also have to do a stool test, i guess that will tell what kind of infection there is. Anyone have experience with this? This is my first time having a infection.

I also found out i have gall stones and have to get my gall bladder out. Ugh! Never seems to end.
