Urgency

Hi.

Just questionning if anyone else out there has immediately urgency and spasms with D or just normal.

Yesterday and today I felt as if everything just wanted to come out normal stools, and today as well. But today I have spasms as well, as if I want to continue go and go. And the urgency that comes with it is dreadful.

Would this be something associated with crohns or IBS.

I had that, oh sooo many times. Shoulda won a gold medal sprinting to the loo. Never mind the spasm, noise in the gut, etc. 30 plus times a day/night.

I have crohns.

Mines just like that sometimes too, I feel completely normal and don't need to go to the bathroom or anything. Then the next minute i'm litterally running to the bathroom lol.

Urgency and spasms were HORRIBLE during a flare for me. I had/have UC. (fingers crossed)

During my last visit at my Gi, the one i'm switching from said, that this symptom is particualiarly from IBS and not IBD. The urgency could be related to the crohns but since, I sometime feel like I'm backed up, and then all hell breaks loose.

I get to see a new Gi soon.
