hi very nice. i supplement 5,000 iu every other day and it made a big difference with energy and mental fatigue. i don't know if i had muscle fatigue but i lift hard 2-5x a week for 2 hours and it did not have a significant impact, at least that i noticed.

i believe with crohn's you are not absorbing all the vitamins you are eating in food, so you may be deficient, which is why supplementing them does help a lot to varying degrees.
 
Great thanks. I have recently made point of having probiotics and vitamin D supliments everyday.
 
I am glad that this is getting out there! I was just at a symposium in nov about this. Hopefully it will have good results. Thanks for sharing
